How it works:

Each challenge is simple and easy to incorporate into your busy schedule while still having an impact on your physical and mental health.

The weekly challenges are announced every Monday via email. With each challenge completed, 40 cents is donated to Every Mother Counts.

If you share your challenge experience on social media with #bebetter52, another 10 cents is donated.
