Week 4 (Life): Post your Affirmations

This week the Be BETTER task is to create one positive affirmation Sticky Note each day, and put it somewhere you will continually see it throughout the day. The affirmation note should be something to remind you that you are an amazing person! Be creative and funny. Stick the note on your bathroom mirror, steering wheel, laptop, or anywhere else you find convenient. Be BETTER is a fan of affirmations because they make us feel good, lighten our mood, and put smiles on our face during our busy days.
