Life Goal #1 Start a Journal. If you don’t have a journal, create one or buy one.

Helpful tips. Don’t feel like you have to write about everything that happened that day. Commit to writing in it for one week.

I like to give a title to my daily journal 2 entries and focus the entry on that title. For example, if I spent the day at the beach I might title it

“Sand in Every Crack” and write about the positives and negatives of a beach days.

Also, don’t feel like you have to write a lot. I commit to writing one small page per day, equaling about 10 sentences. Looking back you will have a glimpse of what you did that day or how you felt.
