Walk for a Cause #bebetter52
Put on your walking shoes and head outside. This week’s challenge is as simple as they come: we are walking. Not only is walking beneficial for personal health, but we also are walking with a purpose. Set a goal of how many miles you want to walk, then download the smartphone app Charity Mile. In addition to your Be Better donation, for every mile you walk/run this week using the app, 25 cents goes to charity. And guess what charity is on the organization’s list? Every Mother Counts.
How to use Charity Mile:
Download the app Charity Mile.
Create an account.
In upper right corner, click the Charity Mile icon. Then select “Teams.” Search for Team #bebetter52.
Join the #bebetter52 Team.
Log miles walking and running.
Overwhelmed about downloading Charity Miles? Don’t worry. You can report your completed challenge through the link sent in the Thursday newsletter.
Additional incentive: An additional $1 will be donated for every person who joins the #bebetter52 Charity Mile team this week. The person does not need to participate in Be Better for the money to be donated.
