Week 13 (Life): Reach out to Friends- Popsicle Task


Reach out to FriendsSometimes in our busy world we forget to keep in contact with the people who are important to us. The Be BETTER task of the week is to get seven Popsicle sticks (or little pieces of paper) and write one name of a friend or family member on each stick. Then, every day when you wake up, draw one stick. Each day, reach out to the person whose name you selected. It can be a phone call, handwritten note, text or visit. Just imagine how you’d feel if you received a short message or note from a friend you don’t normally hear from. It feels good to receive love, and it also feels good to give love.
