Often times in our lives we get caught up in the hectic going and doing of life and push things off that would be simpler to do at that moment. As time goes on these little tasks accumulate and we find ourselves overwhelmed by the dishes spilling over the sink or the towel left on the floor. Our be BETTER goal this week is to recognize these simple things and take the time to complete them. By washing the blender after a post workout shake or taking that trash out of our cars, we can reduce some unnecessary stress in our lives. While this may seem like a more daunting than rewarding task you will be amazed at how much easier your days will become. So let’s take the time this week to accomplish these 30 second tasks, getting more done then we thought possible and adding peace and simplicity to our lives.
