Be BETTER Life Goal: Honor those we have lost.

In honor of the anniversary of September 11th, in our life goal this week we will find a way to remember someone we have lost. Fond memories have the potential to bring back feelings of joy and happiness, as we remember them. Take some time and think of something that you enjoy doing with your lost loved one.

This week we challenge you to set aside sometime to participate in the activity or hobby you and this person enjoyed together. Whether it be a hike of drinking a cup of coffee on the porch, allow yourself to reconnect with the memories and honor their life and the relationship you shared.
